This program has been specially designed to introduce younger children between the ages of 5-10 years old to the Spanish language through an interactive, hands-on approach. Every month, new and exciting thematic classes are offered. Classes will vary on a class-to-class basis to support natural language acquisition, allowing children to learn language while they are having fun and using their creativity.

Every week, you will see on your course portal the new weekly topic together with vocabulary, practice assignments, interactive games, and a list of the activities that will take place that following week.(May vary on a week to week basis). A list of materials will be provided for hands on activities such as cooking, though it is optional, as students can also watch and learn while having fun.

Example of activities: Singing, Dancing, Cooking, Arts and Crafts, Story Time, Science Experiments, and many more exciting activities.

Classes will be held 3 times per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5am EST (2am PST), 8am EST (6am PST), 5pm EST (2pm PST), and 8pm EST (6pm PST). Classes may be taught by either Profe Angie or Profe Carlos and will have a duration of 25 to 30 minutes. Classes will run on an ongoing basis.

Please note that there will be no classes on November 15, 18, 20, and December 25. On these days, we will make up the time by adding an extra class day on Tuesdays during the weeks prior, resulting in a four-day week. The exact dates of these additional classes, along with a calendar, will be posted in the program to ensure all instructional time is covered.

No refunds will be provided for these days, as the classes will be fully made up. We’ve ensured that no instructional time will be lost, so please keep this in mind before purchasing. We truly appreciate your understanding and support in making this a smooth experience for your child.

This is a fun learning Spanish course designed to engage students through interactive and hands-on activities. Each week, we provide new vocabulary, practice assignments, and additional bonus material to enhance the learning experience. Please note that the material may vary each week.

While completing these assignments is completely optional, it is highly encouraged for students to do the additional practice to reinforce their learning. Engaging with the weekly vocabulary and assignments will help students to better grasp the language and improve their skills.

However, at no point will we require any class assignment submission. The focus is on making learning Spanish an enjoyable and stress-free experience.

Some of the activities we will be doing will require certain supplies. For example, our cooking classes may require specific ingredients and cooking utensils, while our arts and crafts sessions may need paper, colors, glue, and other materials for hands-on projects.

However, please note that gathering these supplies is completely optional. Students are welcome to attend the class and simply watch the activities, learning while having fun without needing any materials.

Additionally, students have the flexibility to join the classes that interest them the most each week or view the recordings later to complete any activities at their convenience. This allows for a personalized and enjoyable learning experience, tailored to each student's interests and availability.

BilingualMe is a class designed to introduce Spanish to beginner students in a way that naturally integrates the language into their learning experience. Our class is taught through a combination of both English and Spanish, supporting students as they naturally transition to the second language. This approach helps students feel comfortable and confident while gradually increasing their exposure to and use of Spanish.

Absolutely! Our courses are not sequence-based, meaning you can join anytime. Plus, if you miss a class, you can catch up with our recorded sessions at your convenience. Recordings are available for up to two weeks after the class.

Profe Angie: Profe Angie is a Bilingual EC-6 and Spanish EC-12 Certified Educator with a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She has over 11 years of experience teaching students from across the country online. Her extensive experience includes building Spanish curriculum for levels 1, 2, 3, and AP. As a native Spanish speaker, she brings an authentic and immersive approach to language learning.

Profe Carlos: Profe Carlos is a certified teacher with a diverse range of credentials, including Elementary EC-6, Core Content areas EC-8, Social Studies 8-12, and Spanish K-12. He has 12 years of teaching experience, with the last four years dedicated to online education. He believes in the power of effectively structured lessons that not only enhance higher-order thinking skills but also prepare students to become lifelong learners. His goal is to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where all students can succeed.

How does the program work?

Great question! Our program features live classes where children are exposed to natural language acquisition through fun and engaging activities like singing, dancing, cooking, arts and crafts, and science experiments. We leave behind boring grammar lessons and focus on allowing them to develop the language naturally. Classes are held three times per week, with four different schedule options. Students can join the class that best fits their schedule on any given day. During class, only the teacher's camera is on to minimize distractions. Students communicate with the teacher through chat, ensuring they can focus and practice their Spanish.

How will we be able to access the online classes?

You will be given immediate access to our BilingualMe course portal, which includes an introduction to the course and a kid-friendly display of the recurring topics divided by week. Each Sunday, the topic for the upcoming week will be posted, along with a list of any course materials needed for that week’s classes (if applicable). Everything you need to start your bilingual journey will be provided, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience for your child. 

Do I need to purchase different memberships for multiple students?

No, you only need to purchase one membership for your entire family. Each student can use their own device or participate together.

Will my children need support during class?

Sometimes, depending on the activity and the student's age, parental supervision is encouraged. For activities like cooking and science experiments, we recommend that parents be present to help support your child and ensure a safe and smooth experience. This also allows the whole family to join in the fun and learn Spanish together!

Please keep in mind, our cooking, science experiments, and arts and crafts activities are designed to be simple and easy to follow. Our main goal is to foster language development while engaging students in fun, hands-on projects.

My children are all at different levels with their Spanish. Will this be a good fit for us?

Absolutely! Our program is designed with beginner Spanish students in mind, but as a Spanish immersion program, it allows students of all levels to learn Spanish naturally and intuitively. Activities such as cooking, dancing, science experiments, and arts and crafts involve a vast vocabulary and language expression, benefiting all ages. We currently have students of various ages, including middle schoolers, successfully completing the program through a 1:1 private tutoring approach. 

Do we have to attend all classes?

While it's wonderful to attend all classes, it is not required. Students can view the weekly schedule and choose which classes to attend. Recordings of the classes are available the morning after the class has taken place and remain accessible for up to two weeks.

What if we are not able to make a class?

No problem! Recordings of the classes will be available the morning after they take place and can be accessed for up to two weeks, so you can catch up at your convenience.

Are the instructors native Spanish speakers?

Yes, our instructors are native Spanish speakers.

My child is 4 years old can they join?

Thank you for your interest in our program! The course is tailored for children aged 5-10 years old, but 4-year-olds are more than welcome to join.
